We work hard to provide the very best education possible for your child. If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us. Your child's tutor should be your first point of contact.

Our policy is to deal with all complaints informally in the first instance, so we will probably invite you in for a meeting with the relevant staff to try and resolve the issue. If you are unhappy with the way we deal with your complaint, then the other options available to you are described in our Complaints Policy, which is available on this page.
